一、基本情况
王震,博士,教授、博士生导师,九三学社社员,第十四届全国人大代表,英国威廉希尔公司经理。中组部第十三批“国家海外高层次人才引进计划”青年项目入选者,湖南省卫生健康高层次人才青年骨干人才,甘肃省领军人才,甘肃省杰出青年基金获得者,甘肃省科技专家库收录专家,湖南省药学会湖湘药学先锋奖获得者,青海省“昆仑英才”项目领军人才,衡阳市优秀专家,BMC & BMCL杂志青年编委,Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry杂志优秀审稿人,教育部第五轮学科评估专家,科技部“国家外国专家”项目评审专家,创新创业教育先进个人,多次获得省级研究生毕业论文优秀指导教师和校级本科生优秀论文指导教师称号,获得优秀自费职工奖学金和第95届日本化学会优秀口头报告奖,受中央统战部邀请参加新中国成立70周年阅兵观礼和中国共产党成立100周年庆祝活动。2006年6月毕业于兰州大学化学化工学院,获得学士学位;2009年9月至2012年7月师从上海有机化学研究所李昂研究员,获得硕士学位;2012年10月至2015年10月就读于东京大学英国威廉希尔公司,师从Motomu Kanai教授,获得博士学位。留学期间先后得到Kanai教授的JST-Erato项目助理研究员和日本学术振兴会(JSPS)特聘研究员的支持。自独立工作以来,本着以人为本,为人民健康保驾护航的初心,以新药发现为目标,以厚植独特理论基础的中医药作为原创性新化学实体发现的丰富资源和科学依据,紧扣“新药先导化合物的开发和优化”这一主题,构建了“有机合成新方法促进药物发现”这条主线,开展天然产物化学、药物化学、药物设计和化员工物学研究,围绕神经退行性疾病、肿瘤、病原微生物感染等重大疾病进行新药创制研究,建立了基于表型和基于靶标的新药发现体系,构建了涵盖分子靶标发现、靶标确认、先导化合物优化、成药性优化等全面系统的药物开发模式。开发了多批具有自主知识产权,可规模化生产的具备深入研究价值的候选化合物,有多个化合物正在进行临床前或临床研究。已形成以下研究特色与优势:①聚焦天然活性分子骨架高效构筑的合成方法学研究;②紧扣中医药振兴发展的国家战略,开展基于吴茱萸碱等传统中药活性分子的药物发现;③基于靶向蛋白降解策略,对“难成药”靶点进行小分子药物干预;④揭示调控线粒体稳态治疗神经退行性疾病的全新药靶及其小分子药物开发。
到目前为止,王震教授已主持多项科研项目,发现多个具有开发价值的先导化合物,在国际一流期刊上发表科研论文121篇(SCI论文118篇, IF >10:8篇,JCR一区85篇,JCR二区20篇,JCR三区10篇,JCR四区3篇,中文核心2篇,他引2251余次,单篇最高引223次,H-index为24)及申请专利27项(授权13项,转让1项),并参编专著三部/教材一本。兼任全国青年联合会第十二/十三届委员、中华医学会医学科学研究管理学分会第九届委员、中国青年科技工作者协会第六届理事、湖南省九三学社委员、湖南省欧美同学会常务理事、甘肃省青年联合会第十届常委、衡阳市九三学社副主委、衡阳市政协委员、九三学社williamhill官网平台工委主委。

五、教学工作
从事药物化学课程本科课程,指导员工开展的各类创新创业项目主要包括:甘肃省“挑战者杯”1项(省三等奖),兰州大学“挑战杯”项目2项(分别获得二等奖和三等奖),“国创”项目3项(一项结题被评为优秀,两项中期答辩被评为优秀),“校创”项目4项(两项结题被评为校优秀),“萃英创新基金”1项,化工院创新项目1项,已发表SCI论文多篇,通过这些项目的开展,培养了一批热爱科研的优秀员工,其中两人申请到世界知名学府日本理化技术研究所的侯召明课题组继续深造和一人已申请到北海道大学继续攻读研究生,其余员工大部分参加了公司的“优培计划”或者保送研究生,继续在王震课题组攻读研究生,为公司选留优秀员工做出积极的努力。王震教授获得2017年“挑战杯”兰州大学老员工课外学术科技作品优秀指导教师、2016年兰州大学员工创新创业行动计划优秀指导教师和兰州大学2016-2017学年创新创业教育先进个人的称号。
